Junior Academy Lead Coaches
Paul Maurer, PGA
I am certified in all major junior golf development organizations; US Kids, First Tee and TPI Junior. I was selected as a Top 50 US Kids Coach in 2021. I have had the pleasure of coaching 14 appearances at the US Kids World Championships, a National Drive Chip and Putt Finalist, multiple top 10 high school state championship performances, MSGA Junior Championship Champion, a Regional PGA Junior League Team and and multiple collegiate players. I enjoy playing and have over 20 years experience with the game.
Do Kim, PGA
Do had a successful junior golf career, competing in 15+ AJGA events. He has taught for 7 years and has coached multiple kids to the US Kids World Championship. Do enjoys caddying for his players in tournaments as well as competing in Section Events. Do is also a Level 1 Certified US Kids Golf Coach. Do is a full-time Academy Coach and also coaches privately at Waverly Woods Golf Club.
Steven Park
Steven is a certified US Kids Golf Coach and is beginning on his journey to become a PGA Professional where he has passed his PAT (Playing Ability Test) and is preparing to start his bookwork. He is passionate about helping junior golfers and has shadowed and worked directly with Paul for over a year. Steven is also teaching kids in levels 1-3 in the Academy privately.
Jan JedLicka, TPI
Jan is also currently the interim Head Coach at Goucher College. He played collegiately at Missouri Valley College where he graduated with a degree in sports management and a minor in exercise science. Jan has obtained certification in TPI Level 2 Power and has a passion for improving the physical skills (speed, strength and mobility) of players to bring their game to higher levels. He also has vast knowledge in course strategy using the DECADE System.
